Collection and Storage of Information
The information collected by this site will not be shared
for profit or released to outside organisations unless required to do
so by law. All information collected by this site is held electronically
and is therefore available for scrutiny as deemed by the Data Protection
Acts (1984 and 1998). This reflects your rights as an individual.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner in
accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Should you wish to view
the data that we hold on you, please use the contact page to request this.
A charge may be levied for this in accordance with recognised practice.
We use anonymous tracking scripts on our website to allow
us to work out our costs per transaction. These are currently supplied
by Google and Overture. Other than this the only information we use is
that supplied knowingly by you.
Paypal - our payment provider - conducts business through
their site and as such we have no control over their methods of data capture.
They have UK offices and are regulated by the FSA. They are one of the
biggest and well-known on-line payment handlers. If you have any questions
about how your data is handled please contact
us.
Terminated Applications
We reserve the right to cancel any application. We will,
where possible offer an explanation for the reason of such a termination.
We will not be responsible for any fees incurred by the applicant as a
result of such a termination.
Corrections, Issues and Refunds
We are charged by Paypal for all payments made to us
and by our bank for all business transactions made. For this reason all
refunds will now be paid back less the charges levied to us (effective
April 2004). We respectfully advise applicants to inform us by e-mail/post
within three months of receipt of documents if there is a problem.
Dispatched documents are deemed to be received within
one week (thus allowing for postal problems). Corrections for mistakes
we have made should be raised by e-mail/post within 14 days of dispatch
from our office. Corrections after this time may incur a charge.
Refunds will be limited to a maximum of the amount charged
by ourselves to the client.
Your Rights
Your rights are protected by several acts of parliament
including: Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000; Sale
of Goods Act 1979; Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; Sale and Supply
of Goods Act 1994; The Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations
2002.
Guarantee
The documents we supply are guaranteed for correct use
within the UK with all government departments. The guarantee is extended
at our discretion to non-governmental organisations within the UK. It
is our right to inspect a copy of the documents supplied by you to the
interested party during an investigation following a complaint. This right
is limited by law.
Following an investigation into a complaint, a full or
partial refund of the fee received may be granted.
Our Liability
If after investigation a course of action is followed
then this is the limit of our liability. No liability is assumed or inferred
in absence of such an investigation.
Consent
By using this website you are signifying your consent
to these conditions.
From time to time we may change our terms and conditions
without notification. The version applicable to any event or dispute is
at our discretion but will where possible be in the company's and the
customer's best interests.
