Firstly, let's talk you through the process:

1. We will take the details of one adult for contact and delivery purposes. This adult does not need to be changing their name.
   
2. You will be taken to the summary screen from which all actions take place.
   
3. From there you can add the details of children or adults who wish to change their names. These are referred to as applicants.
   
4. At any time, you can stop the process and log back in later - this is recommended if you are unsure of some details.
   
5. Once all the details have been taken correctly, you will need to make payment, either online through a secure facility or by sending us a cheque.
